He will also distribute appointment orders to around 1,500 new government employees in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Prime Minister will also interact with the beneficiaries of various  schemes  of the government under the Vikshit Bharat Vikshit Jammu programme. 

He will lay the foundation stone of a new terminal building at the Jammu airport and inaugurate the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Vijaypur (Samba) in Jammu. The Prime Minister dedicated various railway projects in Jammu and Kashmir to the country, including the new Banihal-Hari-Sumber-Sangardan railway line  (48 km) and the newly electrified Baramulla-Sringar-Banihal-Sangardan section (185.66 km). 

It is planned. He will also announce the valley's first electric train and rail services between Sangardan and Baramulla stations. The commencement of operations between Banihal-Khari-Sumber-Sangardan is significant as ballastless trucks (BLT) will be used on the entire route, providing a better travel experience to  passengers.  

India's longest transport tunnel, T-50 (12.77 km), is also located on this stretch between Kali and Sambhar. Rail projects will improve connectivity, ensure environmental sustainability and boost  economic development across the region. 

During the scheme, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of major road projects including two packages (44.22 km) of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway connecting Jammu and Katra. The second phase of his four-lane expansion of Srinagar Ring Road. 

His five packages to modernize the 161 km  Srinagar-Baramulla-Uri stretch of NH-01. and  construction of Kulgam Bypass and Pulwama Bypass on NH-444. 

Once completed, his two packages of Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway will facilitate pilgrims' visit  to the holy site of Mata Vaishno Devi and will also boost economic development in the region. The second phase of his four-lane expansion of Srinagar Ring Road includes modernization of the existing Sumbal-Wayur NH-1.  

This 24.7km brownfield project  will reduce  traffic congestion in and around  Srinagar city. This will improve connectivity to popular tourist destinations such as Manasvar Lake and Kheer Bhawani Temple and also reduce travel time to Leh in Ladakh. The project to modernize the 161 km  Srinagar-Baramulla-Uri stretch of NH-01 is of strategic importance. 

It will also boost the economic development of Baramulla and Uri. The Kulgam-Pulwama bypass road of NH-444, which connects Qazigund-Kulgam-Shopian-Pulwama-Budgam-Srinagar, will also strengthen the road infrastructure in the region. The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of a project to develop a Common User Facility (CUF) oil reservoir in Jammu. 

A state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse would cost approximately $677 billion in winter-grade aviation turbine fuel (ATF), ethanol, biodiesel, and  HSD. The Prime Minister will also inaugurate several development projects worth over Rs 3,150 billion and lay the foundation  for strengthening the provision of urban infrastructure and  public facilities in Jammu and Kashmir. Projects to be initiated by the Prime Minister include road projects and bridge projects. 

Grid stations, receiving stations, power line projects. General wastewater treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants. Several degree university buildings. Intelligent Traffic Management System for Srinagar City. Modern narwhal fruit mandi. 

Drug Testing Laboratory in Kathua. and transit accommodation - 224 apartments in Ganderbal and Kupwara. The projects to be laid include the development of five new industrial parks in Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu Smart City Integrated Command and Control Center Data Center/Disaster Recovery Center. 

Parinpora Modernization of Nagar Transport in Srinagar. Modernization of 62 road projects and 42 bridges and transit housing development projects - his 2,816 flats in nine locations including Anantnag, Kulgam, Kupwara, Shopian and Pulwama districts.
